  • Attend a workshop or drop in for a wellness event

  • Get student-tested tips for eating healthy on a budget, sleeping better, and managing stress

  • Find simple ways to take care of wellbeing, improve focus and academic success, and increase energy

STUDENT HEALTH SERVICE

WELLNESS CENTRE 

  • Health care from doctors, nurses, and referral to specialists as needed

    • Book appointments online, by phone, or in person 

  • Year round services provided by family doctors (e.g. physical health issues or illnesses, serious mental health difficulties or illness, pregnancy tests, birth control, substance use requiring treatment, specialist referrals​

  • Urgent appointment by phone or in person for:

    • Serious physical health concerns

    • Severe hopelessness/thoughts or plans of suicide 
    • Self-harm behaviour 
    • Severe restricted eating with weight loss/severe binge eating 
    • Substance use treatment
