Service Description

ONLY IGEN STUDENTS MAY BOOK THIS CONFERENCE ROOM. Bookings are intended for group meetings. Keep bookings to a MAX of 2 hours, and ensure to keep the confirmation email. If no one shows up after 15 minutes from the beginning of a booking, the booking is lost. Book only up to two weeks in advance (booking earlier than 2 weeks ahead may result in your booking being cancelled). Please be kind to those using the room before and after you, and ensure that the conference room is left clean, organized, and garbage-free when you leave.
